Bope apreende fuzil e drogas em ação nas comunidades da Maré

A Polícia Militar do Rio de Janeiro realizou, na manhã desta quarta-feira (23), uma operação nas comunidades da Vila do João e Vila dos Pinheiros, no Complexo da Maré, com o objetivo de cumprir mandados de prisão contra foragidos de outros estados que estariam escondidos na região, considerada área de influência do grupo criminoso Terceiro Comando Puro (TCP).

Durante a ação, policiais localizaram um laboratório destinado à produção de entorpecentes, equipado com máquinas e insumos. Um cão farejador auxiliou na identificação de sacas de cocaína, e um fuzil foi apreendido.

Segundo informações da corporação, um homem de 46 anos foi baleado no tórax e encaminhado em estado grave ao Hospital Federal de Bonsucesso, onde passou por cirurgia.

Relatos de moradores indicam que os confrontos se intensificaram por volta das 4h30, especialmente na comunidade Vila do João, envolvendo agentes do Batalhão de Operações Policiais Especiais (Bope) e suspeitos armados. Barricadas foram incendiadas por criminosos para dificultar o avanço das equipes policiais.

A operação impactou o tráfego na Linha Vermelha, no sentido Centro do Rio, com registro de lentidão. Até o momento, não há informações sobre interdições formais nas vias da região.
