O calor segue intenso no Rio de Janeiro. De acordo com o Sistema Alerta Rio, a temperatura máxima nesta terça-feira pode chegar a 39 °C na cidade. Há previsão de pancadas de chuva nos períodos da tarde e da noite, que podem vir acompanhadas de raios e rajadas de vento de intensidade moderada a forte.

Na quarta-feira, o cenário muda com a passagem de uma frente fria, provocando queda acentuada nas temperaturas. A máxima prevista é de 28 °C. O tempo permanece instável, com céu nublado e chuva de moderada a forte intensidade durante a madrugada e a manhã, diminuindo para fraca a moderada de forma isolada a partir da tarde. Os ventos devem variar de moderados a fortes.
