A violência urbana na Baixada Fluminense fez novas vítimas: um casal teve o carro, celulares e carteiras roubados por criminosos na porta de casa, no bairro Jardim Primavera, em Duque de Caxias, na noite desta quarta-feira (data). O assalto foi registrado por câmeras de segurança, que mostram o momento em que dois homens em uma moto rendem as vítimas e fogem com o veículo e os pertences.

O aumento dos roubos a veículos tem preocupado os moradores da região. Dados do Instituto de Segurança Pública (ISP) apontam que a delegacia de Campos Elíseos (60ª DP), responsável por Jardim Primavera, registrou 1.097 assaltos a veículos entre janeiro e setembro deste ano. O número representa um aumento de 53% em relação ao mesmo período de 2023, quando foram contabilizados 716 casos.

Além disso, os registros de roubos de celulares dispararam 80% na mesma comparação. Moradores pedem mais patrulhamento e ações preventivas das autoridades para conter a violência crescente.
