Criminosos usam marreta em assalto a shopping no Rio

Uma joalheria localizada no Américas Shopping, no Recreio dos Bandeirantes, Zona Oeste do Rio, foi assaltada na tarde desta quinta-feira (16). Segundo informações preliminares, pelo menos dois homens participaram da ação.

De acordo com testemunhas, os criminosos renderam um vigilante e anunciaram o assalto. Um deles estaria armado com uma marreta, utilizada para quebrar as vitrines da loja. Durante o crime, ninguém ficou ferido.

Equipes do 31º BPM (Recreio) foram acionadas pela segurança do shopping e realizaram um cerco no local, mas os assaltantes conseguiram fugir por uma saída lateral. Eles teriam embarcado em um carro de cor prata e deixado o estabelecimento antes da chegada da polícia.

Além das joias e produtos da loja, os criminosos também levaram pertences pessoais de funcionários. Ainda segundo relatos, eles utilizavam sacolas pretas atravessadas pelo corpo, onde guardaram os objetos roubados.

O caso será investigado pela Polícia Civil, que deve analisar imagens de câmeras de segurança do shopping para tentar identificar os suspeitos.
