Dois policiais militares ficam feridos após tiroteio na Avenida Brasil

Dois policiais militares ficaram feridos durante uma ação na madrugada desta quarta-feira (30), na Avenida Brasil, altura de Campo Grande, na Zona Oeste do Rio de Janeiro. Segundo a Polícia Militar, os agentes do 40º BPM (Campo Grande) realizavam a abordagem a um veículo suspeito quando foram atacados a tiros pelos ocupantes do carro, que fugiram em direção ao bairro de Bangu.

Houve troca de tiros, e os dois policiais foram atingidos. Eles foram socorridos e levados ao Hospital Municipal Rocha Faria, onde receberam atendimento e foram liberados em seguida.

Mais tarde, equipes do 14º BPM (Bangu) localizaram o veículo utilizado pelos suspeitos em um dos acessos à comunidade Vila Kennedy. O automóvel foi apreendido e encaminhado à 35ª DP (Campo Grande), onde o caso foi registrado.

O policiamento foi reforçado em pontos estratégicos da região.
