Acidente entre moto e ônibus na Ponte Rio-Niterói deixa feridos e provoca congestionamento

Um acidente envolvendo uma motocicleta e um ônibus na Ponte Rio-Niterói causou a interdição de uma das pistas no sentido Niterói, na manhã desta quinta-feira (24), gerando grande retenção no trânsito.

De acordo com informações da concessionária EcoPonte, o motociclista colidiu com o ônibus e sofreu uma queda, resultando em ferimentos moderados. Além dele, duas pessoas que estavam no ônibus tiveram ferimentos leves.

Equipes de atendimento da concessionária foram acionadas e estão no local prestando socorro às vítimas. Com a pista interditada, o tráfego na ponte ficou bastante congestionado, especialmente no sentido Niterói, onde o tempo de travessia já ultrapassa 30 minutos. No sentido Rio de Janeiro, o tempo estimado de travessia é de 18 minutos.

Devido ao susto causado pelo impacto, vários passageiros do ônibus desembarcaram e aguardaram na pista, o que contribuiu para a lentidão. As autoridades orientam os motoristas a dirigirem com cautela e paciência enquanto a situação não é totalmente resolvida.
