Pelo terceiro mês consecutivo, o Rio de Janeiro registrou recorde histórico de abertura de empresas. A Junta Comercial do estado (Jucerja) computou, em outubro, a abertura de 6.222 novos negócios em território fluminense – o melhor número de todos os meses de outubro nos 215 anos da autarquia, repetindo os feitos de agosto e setembro. Agora, o total de novas empresas abertas em 2023 chegou a 60.956.
– A média de seis mil empresas abertas a cada mês, em nosso estado, é resultado do esforço que temos empreendido na simplificação de processos, para dar mais agilidade à máquina pública, e tornar o ambiente de negócios cada vez mais dinâmico e atraente para os empreendedores – comentou o governador Cláudio Castro.
Do número total de empresas abertas em outubro, 5.642 são referentes a constituições. Também estão computadas 490 aberturas de filiais e 90 inscrições de transferências. Este é o quarto recorde registrado pela Junta Comercial do Estado do Rio em 2023. Os anteriores aconteceram em março (6.709), agosto (7.240) e setembro (5.956).
– A nossa estimativa é ultrapassar a marca total de 2021, a melhor de todos os tempos: 72.894 empresas abertas. Seria um recorde histórico não só para a Jucerja como para o Estado do Rio de Janeiro. Para isso, não temos medido esforços durante todo o ano para desburocratizar e agilizar nossos processos, tornando mais fácil a vida de quem deseja empreender no estado – afirmou o presidente da Jucerja, Sérgio Romay.
