Um homem de 28 anos foi preso neste domingo (11), em Maricá, Região Metropolitana do Rio de Janeiro. Ele era considerado foragido da Justiça, acusado de roubo e estupro.

De acordo com informações da Polícia Militar, agentes do 12º BPM foram acionados após receberem uma denúncia sobre um suspeito com mandado de prisão pendente na localidade de São José de Imbassaí. Ao chegarem ao local, na Rua Cananéia, realizaram a abordagem e confirmaram, por meio de consulta, que havia contra o homem um mandado de prisão expedido pela 2ª Vara Criminal de Niterói.

O acusado foi conduzido à 76ª Delegacia de Polícia (Centro), onde permaneceu preso. A Polícia Civil seguirá com as investigações para apurar os crimes imputados ao suspeito.
