Homem é preso por importação ilegal de acessórios de fuzil na Zona Norte do Rio

A Polícia Federal prendeu, na tarde desta terça-feira (22), um homem em flagrante por importação ilegal de acessórios para fuzil. A ação ocorreu no bairro de Bonsucesso, na Zona Norte do Rio de Janeiro, após o suspeito retirar encomendas em uma agência dos Correios.

A prisão é resultado de uma operação conjunta com a Receita Federal, que repassou à PF informações sobre três remessas enviadas da China contendo itens classificados como material bélico de uso controlado, cuja entrada no país depende de autorização do Exército Brasileiro.

Entre os itens apreendidos estão quatro quebra-chamas, duas lunetas e duas miras laser. De acordo com as investigações, os acessórios seriam destinados ao crime organizado que atua em comunidades próximas à agência dos Correios onde a apreensão foi realizada.

O homem foi encaminhado à Superintendência Regional da Polícia Federal no Rio de Janeiro, onde teve a prisão em flagrante formalizada. Em seguida, ele foi conduzido ao sistema prisional do estado, onde permanece à disposição da Justiça.
