Homem é preso em São Gonçalo por ameaçar ex-companheira

Policiais civis da 82ª DP (Maricá) prenderam, nesta segunda-feira (17), um homem acusado de descumprir de forma reiterada uma medida protetiva e ameaçar de morte a ex-companheira em um caso de violência doméstica. A ação ocorreu no bairro Coelho, em São Gonçalo, na Região Metropolitana do Rio.

De acordo com as denúncias, no início de novembro, o suspeito invadiu a casa da vítima, no bairro Pindobal, em Maricá. No momento da invasão, ele estaria embriagado e demonstrando comportamento agressivo, violando novamente a decisão judicial que determinava o seu afastamento.

Diante da reincidência e da gravidade das ameaças relatadas, a polícia cumpriu um mandado de prisão preventiva. O homem responderá pelos crimes de ameaça e descumprimento de medida protetiva.
