Incêndio em Santa Cruz deixa mãe e duas filhas mortas; Polícia investiga causas

Um incêndio ocorrido na madrugada desta sexta-feira deixou três pessoas mortas no Condomínio Morada do Sol, localizado na Estrada Vitor Dumas, em Santa Cruz, Zona Oeste do Rio. As vítimas foram identificadas como Regiane Kelly Teixeira, de 40 anos, e suas duas filhas, de oito e quatro anos, encontradas sem vida dentro da residência.

Uma quarta pessoa, Fábio da Silva Araújo Bezerra, de 34 anos, também estava no imóvel no momento do incêndio e conseguiu escapar com ferimentos. Ele foi socorrido por policiais do 27º BPM (Santa Cruz) e levado ao Hospital Municipal Pedro II, onde recebeu atendimento e foi liberado. Fábio afirmou não ter provocado o incêndio.

Segundo o Corpo de Bombeiros, equipes do Quartel de Santa Cruz foram acionadas às 3h11, e as chamas foram controladas às 5h45. Após a operação, a área foi isolada para realização de perícia, e os corpos foram encaminhados ao Instituto Médico Legal (IML), no Centro do Rio.

A Delegacia de Homicídios da Capital (DHC) assumiu a investigação. Em nota, a Polícia Civil informou que ações estão em andamento para esclarecer a autoria e as circunstâncias do caso.
