IPVA do Rio de Janeiro terá redução média de 4,39% em 2024

O Imposto sobre Propriedade de Veículos Automotores (IPVA) do Rio de Janeiro vai ficar, em média, 4,39% mais barato em 2024, conforme registrado nos valores venais divulgados pela Secretaria de Estado de Fazenda (Sefaz-RJ), nesta terça-feira (26/12), no Diário Oficial. Fornecidas pela Fundação Instituto de Pesquisas Econômicas (Fipe), as quantias se referem aos preços de mercado dos veículos, sobre os quais são aplicadas as alíquotas do tributo. Os carros e as motos, que representam a maior parte da frota de cerca de 4 milhões de pagantes do imposto, terão as reduções médias de 4,61% e 3,97%, respectivamente.

O IPVA deve ser pago por meio da Guia de Regularização de Débitos (GRD), que vai poder ser emitida pelo contribuinte no início do ano no Portal do IPVA da Fazenda (https://portal.fazenda.rj.gov.br/ipva/) ou no site do banco Bradesco (www.bradesco.com.br). É preciso informar os números do Registro Nacional de Veículos Automotores (Renavam) e do CPF ou CNPJ do proprietário. O pagamento poderá ser realizado em qualquer agência bancária.

O imposto poderá ser pago em três parcelas ou à vista, com 3% de desconto. O primeiro vencimento da tabela, para os automóveis com final de placa número 0, acontecerá no dia 22 de janeiro, independente da modalidade de quitação escolhida pelo contribuinte.
