Itaboraí: Jovem morre em acidente de moto na BR-101

Um acidente fatal envolvendo uma motocicleta deixou um jovem de 27 anos morto na manhã de hoje, na BR-101 (Rodovia Mário Covas), em Itaboraí. O acidente ocorreu no KM 296, no sentido Espírito Santo, na localidade de Três Pontes.

Em decorrência do acidente, o trânsito na região ficou intensamente congestionado, com filas que chegaram a 15 quilômetros de extensão. A concessionária Arteris, responsável pela administração da rodovia, mobilizou equipes para o local e conseguiu liberar as duas faixas, embora a retenção ainda persista.

O corpo da vítima será encaminhado para o Posto Regional de Polícia Técnica e Científica (PRPTC), em Tribobó, São Gonçalo, para os procedimentos legais. As causas do acidente ainda estão sendo investigadas.
