Japeri: Vereador é preso por porte ilegal de arma

Policias do Segurança Presente prenderam, nesta segunda-feira (25 de março), um vereador por porte ilegal de arma de fogo e uso de documento falso, na Estrada Ary Schiavo, na entrada do município de Japeri.

O homem estava dentro de um carro quando foi abordado por agentes do Japeri Presente. Com o acusado, foi encontrada uma pistola Taurus de calibre restrito, um rádio e um giroflex.

O caso foi registrado na 55ª DP (Queimados) e o acusado autuado por uso de documento falso (Art 304 CP) e porte ilegal de arma de fogo de calibre restrito (Art 16 Lei 10.886/06).
