A justiça determinou a suspensão de duas sessões extraordinárias que estavam previstas para acontecer na Câmara Municipal de Niterói. A primeira aconteceria na tarde da última quinta-feira (21/12), onde seria votada a proposta da criação da Secretaria Municipal da Mulher.
Além da criação da 70ª pasta de Niterói, seria votado o projeto que propõe subsídio de 200 milhões para empresas de ônibus do município.
Os dois projetos de lei foram enviados pela Prefeitura de Niterói à Câmara Municipal, em regime de urgência. A casa de leis já estava em recesso parlamentar quando recebeu as duas propostas.
O Deputado Federal Carlos Jordy e o vereador Douglas Gomes entraram com uma ação popular com pedido de liminar, que foi concedida pelo juíz.
-Estamos celebrando, mas não podemos nos acomodar. Eles vão tentar pautar novamente e precisamos estar atentos. O dinheiro do pagador de imposto tem que ser levado a sério – disse o deputado.
O tribunal de Justiça alegou em sua decisão que não havia urgência na convocação para as votações. Para o vereador de Niterói Douglas Gomes, o envio da mensagem durante o recesso seria uma manobra.
– A prefeitura enviou os projetos durante o recesso parlamentar de forma pensada, para que tivesse um impacto menor na sociedade – declarou o vereador.
A prefeitura recorreu da decisão ao Tribunal de Justiça, mas o recurso foi indeferido.
