Mais de 350 famílias de Curicica recebem documento que reconhece posse de moradias

Mais de 350 famílias da comunidade Entre Rios, em Curicica, na Zona Oeste do Rio, receberam neste sábado (30) os Termos de Reconhecimento de Moradia (TRMs). O documento, emitido pela Prefeitura do Rio, reconhece oficialmente a posse dos imóveis e representa um passo importante no processo de regularização fundiária.
Criado em 2022, o TRM assegura que o vínculo do morador com o imóvel seja reconhecido pelo poder público, permitindo acompanhar o andamento da regularização. Além disso, facilita o acesso a serviços essenciais, como fornecimento de água, energia elétrica, coleta de lixo e atribuição de endereço com CEP.
De acordo com a prefeitura, entre janeiro e agosto deste ano já foram emitidos mais de 1.500 TRMs e entregues aproximadamente 300 registros de imóveis em diferentes comunidades da cidade. Entre elas estão a Colônia Juliano Moreira (Jacarepaguá), a Estrada do Magarça (Guaratiba), o Parque Alegria (Caju), a Tijuquinha (Itanhangá) e os loteamentos Sociólogo Betinho e Engenho I e II (Bangu).
Moradores destacaram a importância da iniciativa. “Saber que hoje eu tenho a garantia de um documento para minha casa é gratificante. Aguardo esse título de regularização há muito tempo. A minha vida mudou. Vou dormir tranquila”, afirmou a dona de casa Nara Marques da Silva, moradora da comunidade com os dois filhos.
