Maricá abre inscrições para o projeto vegano ‘Cozinha Criativa’

A Prefeitura de Maricá, por meio da Secretaria de Agricultura, Pecuária, Pesca e Abastecimento, abriu inscrições para o projeto “Cozinha Criativa”, uma iniciativa vegana que busca promover práticas de sustentabilidade e o aproveitamento integral dos alimentos, como cascas, sementes e talos de legumes que normalmente seriam descartados.

Com o objetivo de conscientizar a população sobre a importância de reduzir o desperdício de alimentos e incentivar uma culinária mais sustentável, o projeto oferece oficinas gratuitas em três polos da cidade: Itaipuaçu, Flamengo e São José do Imbassaí. As aulas têm início previsto para o dia 16 de outubro.

Os interessados podem se inscrever através do site oficial da Prefeitura de Maricá. Informações adicionais sobre o projeto e outras atividades oferecidas podem ser encontradas nas publicações da Prefeitura e em seus canais de comunicação oficiais.
