Maricá: Homem acusado de feminicídio é preso após tentativa de fuga

Na manhã deste domingo (23), um crime brutal chocou os moradores de Maricá. Izabel Cristina Bezerra Perugino foi morta a tiros na casa do ex-marido, Giovanni Constantino, após uma discussão entre os dois. O caso está sob investigação da Delegacia de Homicídios de Niterói, São Gonçalo e Itaboraí (DHNSGI), que rapidamente iniciou buscas para localizar o suspeito.

Após o crime, Giovanni fugiu em seu veículo particular, mas foi localizado horas depois no bairro de Bonsucesso, na Zona Norte do Rio de Janeiro. Ele foi identificado e detido após se envolver em um acidente de trânsito, o que levou à sua abordagem pelas autoridades.

Durante as investigações, os policiais apreenderam uma arma que pode ter sido utilizada no assassinato. O objeto foi encaminhado para perícia, e a polícia confirmou que o suspeito não possuía autorização legal para portar armamento.

Giovanni foi conduzido à DHNSGI, onde foi autuado em flagrante. Após os trâmites legais, ele será encaminhado ao sistema prisional e permanecerá à disposição da Justiça.
