Niterói: Operação no Morro do Preventório resulta na prisão de sete suspeitos e apreensão de quatro fuzis

Uma operação realizada por agentes do 12º BPM no Morro do Preventório, em Charitas, Niterói, na manhã desta segunda-feira (10), resultou na prisão de sete suspeitos e na apreensão de um grande arsenal de armas e drogas. Entre os detidos está Jeferson Pereira da Silva, conhecido como “50” ou Bidu, de 30 anos, apontado pela Polícia Militar como chefe do tráfico de drogas na região.

Durante a ação, os agentes apreenderam quatro fuzis, duas pistolas, três granadas, sete rádios comunicadores e carregadores, além de material entorpecente que ainda será contabilizado.

De acordo com a Secretaria de Estado da Polícia Militar, a operação teve como objetivo prender criminosos envolvidos com o tráfico de drogas na comunidade. Um dos suspeitos foi baleado durante a troca de tiros e não resistiu aos ferimentos. Segundo o comando da unidade, ele estava em posse de um fuzil no momento do confronto.
