Tiroteio no Centro de Niterói deixa um preso e apreensões de armas e drogas

Um homem de 22 anos foi preso após ser baleado durante um confronto com a Polícia Militar na comunidade da Chácara, no Centro de Niterói, na tarde desta segunda-feira (25). A ação, realizada pelo 12º BPM (Niterói), resultou também na apreensão de uma pistola, drogas e rádios transmissores.
Segundo a PM, a ocorrência começou por volta das 17h, quando foram recebidas informações sobre a presença de criminosos armados em uma área de mata próxima à Avenida Roberto Silveira. Durante o monitoramento, os agentes localizaram quatro suspeitos portando armas de fogo. Ao chegarem ao local, os indivíduos teriam reagido com disparos, levando os policiais a revidarem.
Após o confronto, um dos suspeitos foi encontrado ferido na perna. Com ele, a polícia apreendeu uma pistola Canik calibre 9mm carregada com 34 munições, um rádio transmissor, 325 invólucros de maconha, 232 pinos de cocaína, 27 pedras de crack e R$ 41,80 em dinheiro.
O suspeito foi socorrido pelo Corpo de Bombeiros ao Hospital Estadual Azevedo Lima, no Fonseca, e permanece sob custódia. De acordo com a PM, ele possui registro anterior por infrações de trânsito.
O caso foi registrado na 76ª DP (Centro), onde o suspeito foi autuado em flagrante por tráfico de drogas e porte ilegal de arma de fogo de uso restrito. As investigações seguem em andamento.
