Um ônibus pegou fogo na manhã desta quarta-feira (24), na Rua San Martin, no bairro do Leblon, Zona Sul do Rio de Janeiro. O Corpo de Bombeiros foi acionado às 9h45, com equipes do quartel da Gávea mobilizadas para combater as chamas.
O incidente causou a interdição da via na altura da Rua Carlos Góis. Segundo o Centro de Operações Rio (COR-Rio), o tráfego foi desviado para a própria Rua Carlos Góis. Agentes da CET-Rio, da Guarda Municipal e do Corpo de Bombeiros atuaram na operação de contenção e organização do trânsito.
Informações preliminares indicam que o incêndio pode ter sido provocado por uma pane elétrica no veículo. Até o momento, não há registro de feridos.
