Ônibus que seguia para Maricá é alvo de assalto na Avenida Brasil

Um ônibus da Viação Nossa Senhora do Amparo, que fazia a rota entre o Terminal Menezes Cortes, no Centro do Rio, e o Recanto de Itaipuaçu distrito de Maricá, foi alvo de criminosos na noite deste sábado (22). O assalto ocorreu por volta das 21h, na Avenida Rodrigues Alves, na altura do Instituto Nacional de Traumatologia e Ortopedia (INTO).

Segundo informações preliminares, os assaltantes, armados, renderam o motorista e o obrigaram a desviar o trajeto, impedindo o acesso à Ponte Rio-Niterói e conduzindo o coletivo pela Avenida Brasil. Durante a ação, os criminosos roubaram celulares, carteiras, relógios e outros pertences dos passageiros. Em meio ao assalto, um dos bandidos chegou a disparar dentro do ônibus, causando pânico entre os ocupantes.

Próximo ao acesso à Linha Amarela, em Bonsucesso, os criminosos mandaram o motorista parar e fugiram em direção ao Complexo da Maré. Policiais do Comando de Policiamento de Vias Expressas (CPVe) e do 22º BPM (Maré) foram acionados e iniciaram buscas na região.

Após o crime, o motorista seguiu viagem até o destino final, em Itaipuaçu. O caso será investigado pela 82ª DP (Maricá).
