PM é preso em Mesquita por intimidar inspetor com fuzil na delegacia

Um policial militar foi preso em flagrante na última segunda-feira (28) em Mesquita, na Baixada Fluminense, após sacar um fuzil para intimidar um inspetor de Polícia Civil dentro da delegacia. O PM estava na unidade para responder a uma acusação de violência doméstica, feita por sua ex-companheira, que o acusa de agressão, violência psicológica e perseguição.

O incidente ocorreu quando o policial militar, insatisfeito com o atendimento na delegacia, onde as medidas de segurança para proteger a vítima estavam sendo providenciadas, sacou seu fuzil em um ato de intimidação contra o inspetor de plantão. Em resposta, o inspetor reagiu disparando contra o pneu do veículo do PM e imediatamente acionou o delegado para relatar o ocorrido.

A Polícia Civil informou que o policial militar será indiciado por crimes previstos no Código Penal, e o caso segue em investigação para esclarecer todos os detalhes do episódio.
