Polícia Civil investiga fraudes em postos de combustíveis no Rio

A Polícia Civil do Rio de Janeiro realizou, nesta terça-feira (11), uma operação de combate a fraudes no setor de combustíveis em diferentes regiões do estado. A ação foi conduzida por agentes da Delegacia de Defesa dos Serviços Delegados (DDSD) em conjunto com a Delegacia Fazendária (Delfaz).

Dez postos de combustíveis localizados na Zona Norte, Zona Oeste e Baixada Fluminense foram alvo de fiscalização. As equipes verificaram possíveis irregularidades como manipulação de bombas medidoras, venda de combustível adulterado, falta de licenciamento e indícios de fraudes fiscais.

Segundo a corporação, a operação é resultado de investigações da DDSD que apontaram práticas ilegais envolvendo o fornecimento de combustíveis vindos de outros estados, com o objetivo de burlar o fisco fluminense e gerar concorrência desleal no mercado.

A Polícia Civil também informou que há suspeitas de atuação de organizações criminosas no setor, utilizando empresas de fachada e movimentações financeiras incompatíveis com as atividades declaradas para lavagem de dinheiro.
