PRF apreende veículo com 569 multas na Ponte Rio-Niterói

A Polícia Rodoviária Federal (PRF) apreendeu, na manhã desta sexta-feira (10), um veículo com 569 multas registradas durante uma fiscalização de rotina na BR-101, na altura da Ponte Rio-Niterói, em Niterói. Segundo a corporação, 181 dessas infrações estavam com pagamento pendente, totalizando aproximadamente R$ 24 mil em débitos.

Durante a abordagem, os agentes também verificaram que o condutor do veículo estava com a Carteira Nacional de Habilitação (CNH) suspensa e o licenciamento do automóvel vencido.

Diante das irregularidades, foi lavrado um Termo Circunstanciado de Ocorrência (TCO) e o motorista foi liberado, conforme determina a legislação vigente. O veículo foi encaminhado ao posto da PRF em Itaúna, onde permanece retido.

A PRF informou que continuará intensificando as ações de fiscalização voltadas ao combate a irregularidades em veículos nas principais rodovias federais do estado.
