PRF recupera carro com placa clonada após perseguição e capotamento em Niterói

Na noite desta quinta-feira (31), um veículo com placa clonada capotou durante uma perseguição da Polícia Rodoviária Federal (PRF), na Alameda São Boaventura, no bairro Fonseca, em Niterói. A ocorrência teve início na saída da Ponte Rio–Niterói, quando o condutor desobedeceu à ordem de parada e iniciou fuga pela BR-101.

Durante a tentativa de escapar, o motorista colidiu com outro veículo e perdeu o controle, capotando nas proximidades do Posto Midas, na esquina com a Rua Clotilde de Oliveira Rodrigues. O carro, um Fiat Argo, foi recuperado pelos agentes da PRF por volta das 20h35.

De acordo com a corporação, o condutor foi detido e encaminhado à 76ª Delegacia de Polícia (Niterói), onde foi autuado pelos crimes de receptação, adulteração de sinal identificador de veículo automotor e condução sem habilitação.

A motorista do veículo atingido na colisão foi socorrida e levada ao Hospital Estadual Azevedo Lima, onde recebeu atendimento médico. Não há, até o momento, informações atualizadas sobre seu estado de saúde.
