Rio: Criminosos sequestram três ônibus e os usam como barricadas na Estrada do Itanhangá durante operação policial

Na manhã desta quarta-feira (16), criminosos sequestraram três ônibus e os utilizaram como barricadas na Estrada do Itanhangá, na Zona Oeste do Rio de Janeiro, bloqueando o trânsito na região. A ação criminosa ocorreu enquanto agentes do Batalhão de Operações Especiais (Bope) realizavam uma operação na comunidade da Tijuquinha, próxima ao local.

De acordo com informações da Rio Ônibus, os veículos sequestrados circulavam na área da Muzema, em Jacarepaguá. Em decorrência do bloqueio, diversas linhas de ônibus que passam pela região tiveram seus itinerários alterados, gerando impactos no transporte público e dificuldades para os passageiros.

A Polícia Militar segue com a operação no intuito de desobstruir a via e restabelecer a segurança na área. A situação é monitorada de perto para minimizar os transtornos causados e garantir a retomada da circulação normal dos ônibus e do tráfego na Estrada do Itanhangá.
