Rio: Operação investiga taxista que lavou R$ 1,5 milhão para a milícia em seis meses

A Polícia Civil do Rio de Janeiro realizou, nesta quarta-feira (26), a Operação Pecunia Sanguinis para combater a lavagem de dinheiro da milícia que atua no Quitungo, em Brás de Pina, Zona Norte da cidade. Ao todo, foram cumpridos 10 mandados de busca e apreensão.

Entre os alvos da ação está um taxista suspeito de movimentar R$ 1,5 milhão em apenas seis meses para o grupo paramilitar. De acordo com as investigações, parte desse montante foi transferida diretamente para o chefe da milícia, o policial militar Zaqueu de Jesus Pereira Bueno, que já responde a diversas acusações de homicídio.

O esquema teria movimentado pelo menos R$ 10 milhões, e a Justiça determinou o bloqueio desse valor nas contas dos investigados. Segundo a Polícia Civil, os suspeitos usavam estratégias sofisticadas para ocultar a origem dos recursos, incluindo transferências fracionadas, empresas inativas e movimentação financeira entre múltiplas contas bancárias.

As apurações também revelaram ligações dos investigados com indivíduos já denunciados por crimes como estelionato e organização criminosa.
