Rio: Polícia Civil apreende 200 rélogios de luxo falsificados em Padre Miguel

Uma fiscalização realizada pela Delegacia de Repressão aos Crimes Contra a Propriedade Imaterial (DRCPIM) resultou na apreensão de cerca de 200 rélogios de luxo falsificados e na prisão de um homem em flagrante, no bairro de Padre Miguel, Zona Oeste do Rio. A operação foi desencadeada após denúncias sobre o comércio ilegal desses produtos na região.

De acordo com os agentes, os rélogios eram imitações de marcas renomadas e vendidos por valores muito abaixo do preço original—acima de R$ 800—, causando prejuízo financeiro às empresas detentoras dos direitos das marcas.

O suspeito foi autuado por crime contra a propriedade imaterial e os itens apreendidos foram encaminhados para a análise da perícia técnica. As investigações continuam para identificar possíveis fornecedores e demais envolvidos no esquema.
