Rio publica regras para atuação de ambulantes no réveillon de Copacabana

A festa de réveillon em Copacabana poderá contar com até dois mil ambulantes credenciados, conforme estabelecido pela Resolução nº 632/2025 da Secretaria Municipal de Ordem Pública (Seop), publicada no Diário Oficial desta sexta-feira. O documento define as diretrizes para a atuação de vendedores ambulantes na orla de Copacabana e do Leme, na Zona Sul do Rio de Janeiro.

O cadastramento ficará a cargo da empresa vencedora do caderno de encargos da Riotur, e a autorização para comercialização será válida das 10h do dia 31 de dezembro até as 20h do dia 1º de janeiro. A quantidade e a localização dos pontos de abastecimento serão informadas pela organização do evento aos ambulantes credenciados.

Segundo a Seop, a resolução considera a necessidade de facilitar a identificação, por parte da população, dos vendedores autorizados a atuar nas praias durante o período festivo. O processo de credenciamento será realizado pelo Grupo Heineken, responsável também pelo fornecimento dos crachás, uniformes, materiais e produtos necessários para as operações.
