Rio registra dia mais quente do verão e pode atingir 40°C no feriadão

O Rio de Janeiro bateu o recorde de calor de 2025 nesta sexta-feira (17), com a temperatura máxima chegando a 37°C às 16h, na Vila Militar, Zona Oeste da cidade, de acordo com o Instituto Nacional de Meteorologia (Inmet). O recorde anterior era de 35,5°C, registrado no dia 3 de janeiro.

Com o calor intenso, o Rio se consolidou como a primeira capital brasileira a atingir o patamar de cidade mais quente do ano. Durante o feriadão, as temperaturas podem subir ainda mais, alcançando a marca de 40°C, tornando o Rio a primeira capital do país a registrar essa temperatura em 2025.

Além das temperaturas elevadas, há previsão de pancadas de chuva isoladas no fim do dia, devido à combinação do calor com a alta umidade.
