RJ: Casa onde viveu Vinicius de Moraes é colocada à venda por R$ 3,9 milhões

A casa na Gávea onde o poeta e compositor Vinicius de Moraes passou parte de sua juventude está à venda. O imóvel, localizado na Rua das Acácias, na Zona Sul do Rio de Janeiro, foi anunciado por R$ 3,9 milhões. Construída em 1930, a residência carrega uma rica história, ligada à vida do renomado artista.

Embora Vinicius de Moraes seja amplamente associado a Ipanema, onde viveu seus últimos anos e batizou uma rua com seu nome, o bairro da Gávea foi o cenário de sua infância e parte de sua vida adulta. Segundo o jornalista Rafael Bokor, especializado em arquitetura, Vinicius morou pela primeira vez na casa quando era jovem, junto com seus pais e três irmãos. O imóvel foi adquirido na década de 1960 por sua irmã Laetitia, que viveu ali até os 102 anos de idade.

A casa, que foi um dos locais prediletos do poeta, agora procura um novo proprietário, mas mantém viva a memória de um dos grandes nomes da cultura brasileira.

“Mesmo com a agitada carreira de diplomata e artista, Vinicius sempre voltava à casa para encontrar a família, especialmente no Natal. E entre uma separação e outra, dos nove casamentos que teve, na maioria das vezes, era lá que ele se abrigava”, diz o jornalista.


O imóvel foi construído em um terreno de 300 m² e está à venda desde julho, segundo Juliana Malafaia, corretora da imobiliária Mai Rio e responsável pela venda. Com dois andares, a bucólica residência possui cinco quartos, varanda, jardim frontal e um amplo terreno livre nos fundos.

“A casa está em zona de proteção ambiental. A legislação não permite que seja derrubada para a construção de prédio, apesar de não ser tombada. Portanto, estou torcendo para que ela seja vendida para alguém que a restaure pois ela tem grande valor arquitetônico, histórico e cultural agregado. Está localizada em um dos endereços mais nobres da Zona Sul”, explica Juliana.
