RJ: Operação Lei Seca prende foragido da justiça e apreende armas e munições

Durante a blitz feita na madrugada deste domingo (19/05), a equipe prendeu em flagrante um homem de 31 anos que estava foragido pelo crime de receptação.

O veículo do suspeito foi parado para fiscalização na Rodovia Luiz Henrique Rezende Novaes, n° 176, (antiga estrada Rio-São Paulo) em Campo Grande. Na abordagem, o homem se recusou a fazer o teste de etilômetro.

Após consulta em sistema, foi constatado que o condutor estava foragido da justiça. Os agentes revistaram o veículo e apreenderam 1 pistola calibre .40, 7 carregadores, munições, colete à prova de balas, entre outros materiais.

Ele foi preso em flagrante e conduzido à 35ªDP para apreciação da Autoridade Policial.
