São Gonçalo: Homem morre em colisão seguida de incêndio

Um grave acidente na madrugada deste domingo (24) resultou na morte de um homem em São Gonçalo, Região Metropolitana do Rio de Janeiro. O veículo que ele dirigia colidiu violentamente contra um poste de energia elétrica, pegando fogo em seguida.

A tragédia aconteceu na Rua Doutor Getúlio Vargas, no bairro Barro Vermelho, próximo à divisa com o bairro Santa Catarina, por volta das 2h. Equipes do Corpo de Bombeiros de São Gonçalo foram acionadas, mas ao chegarem ao local, encontraram a vítima já sem vida. O corpo estava carbonizado dentro do veículo.

O impacto da colisão foi tão forte que o poste de cimento ficou danificado, e o carro foi completamente destruído pelas chamas. Após a perícia, o corpo foi encaminhado para o Posto Regional de Polícia Técnica e Científica (PRPTC) de Tribobó, onde será submetido a exames complementares para identificação oficial.

Ainda não há informações sobre as causas do acidente. Autoridades locais seguem investigando o caso. A via precisou ser parcialmente interditada durante o trabalho dos bombeiros e peritos, mas já foi liberada.
