São Gonçalo promove leilão virtual de veículos apreendidos em dezembro

A Secretaria de Transportes da Prefeitura de São Gonçalo anunciou a realização de um leilão virtual de veículos apreendidos e removidos no município. O pregão eletrônico está marcado para o dia 3 de dezembro, a partir das 10h, e será conduzido através da plataforma Eblonline.

Os interessados podem realizar a inspeção visual dos veículos no pátio localizado na Rua Doutor Nilo Peçanha, 246, Centro, a partir desta segunda-feira (18). A visitação está disponível de segunda a sexta-feira, das 9h às 12h e das 14h às 17h, e aos sábados, das 9h às 12h. Não haverá acesso aos domingos, feriados e no dia do leilão.

De acordo com a Secretaria de Transportes, os veículos a serem leiloados não foram reclamados pelos proprietários no prazo legal de 60 dias, conforme previsto no artigo 328 do Código de Trânsito Brasileiro.

Para participar do leilão dos lotes classificados como conservados, é necessário ser residente no Estado do Rio de Janeiro ou apresentar uma declaração de residência local, conforme exigência do Detran-RJ.
