Sete traficantes são presos no Centro de Niterói; chefe do tráfico do Morro do Estado está entre eles

Uma ação do 12º Batalhão de Polícia Militar (BPM) resultou na prisão de sete traficantes no Centro de Niterói nesta sexta-feira (26). Entre os detidos está “Mumu”, apontado como chefe do tráfico de drogas no Morro do Estado.

Durante a operação, os policiais apreenderam dois fuzis, munições, carregadores, diversas trouxinhas de maconha, equipamentos militares e dois veículos que eram utilizados pelo grupo. O material e os suspeitos foram levados para a delegacia da região, onde o caso foi registrado.

A prisão de “Mumu” é considerada um golpe importante contra o crime organizado na cidade, já que ele era responsável pelo comando das ações criminosas em uma das comunidades mais conhecidas de Niterói.
