Suspeito de dopar turistas em encontros é preso em Cabo Frio

Policiais civis da Delegacia Especial de Apoio ao Turismo (Deat) e da 13ª DP (Ipanema) prenderam, nesta quinta-feira (7), Cláudio Rafael Silva de Queiroz de Pontes, de 22 anos, suspeito de aplicar golpes conhecidos como “Boa Noite, Cinderela”. A prisão ocorreu em Cabo Frio, na Região dos Lagos, após um trabalho de inteligência e monitoramento das equipes.

De acordo com as investigações, o suspeito utilizava aplicativos de relacionamento para atrair turistas, com quem marcava encontros na Zona Sul do Rio. Durante os encontros, ele adulterava as bebidas das vítimas com entorpecentes, com o objetivo de dopá-las e praticar roubos.

Em um dos casos, o homem se encontrou com um turista mexicano na Praia de Ipanema. Após consumir bebidas em uma barraca e apresentar um comparsa — ainda não identificado —, o suspeito roubou o celular da vítima, que foi deixada inconsciente na areia e socorrida por comerciantes locais.

O investigado responde a pelo menos três inquéritos com o mesmo modo de atuação e possui quatro registros anteriores por crimes semelhantes. Contra ele, havia dois mandados de prisão preventiva expedidos pela 20ª Vara Criminal da Capital, pelos crimes de roubo qualificado e associação criminosa.

A Polícia Civil segue investigando a possível participação de outros envolvidos no esquema.
