Estado do Rio decreta ponto facultativo no dia 22 de abril

O Governo do Estado do Rio de Janeiro decretou um ponto facultativo para as repartições públicas estaduais no dia 22 de abril de 2024, em antecipação ao dia de São Jorge, co-padroeiro do estado ao lado de São Sebastião. O feriado estadual em 23 de abril foi oficializado pela lei nº 5198, em 2008, em homenagem a São Sebastião, padroeiro do município do Rio de Janeiro.

Conforme o decreto nº 49.040, emitido em 11 de abril de 2024 e publicado no Diário Oficial na sexta-feira (12), o expediente será mantido normalmente em órgãos cujas atividades não podem ser interrompidas, por razões técnicas ou de interesse público. Para as unidades de Saúde das redes pública estadual e municipal, ficará a cargo das secretarias de Saúde a organização dos esquemas de atendimento.
