Niterói tem representantes na 19ª edição do Brasil Sabor

A 19ª edição do Brasil Sabor, o maior festival gastronômico do país promovido pela Abrasel, está prestes a começar. De 15/05 a 01/06 estabelecimentos do Leste Fluminense e Região dos Lagos, vão celebrar a gastronomia nacional.
O evento, que tem como tema “A Celebração da Cozinha Brasileira”, mantém a tradição de valorizar a diversidade da culinária brasileira, incentivando a criação de pratos exclusivos que destaquem ingredientes e técnicas regionais. Além de promover novas experiências para os clientes, a participação no evento é uma oportunidade estratégica para os restaurantes ampliarem sua visibilidade e impulsionarem os negócios.
As receitas devem ser elaboradas para valorizar ingredientes, preparos e técnicas. Ao todo, oito casas integrarão o circuito no Leste Fluminense. São eles, em Niterói, o Sagrado Mar, Deck Jardim, Caldereta do Sapo, Enseada Itaipu, Casa di Lucy, Noi São Franscisco e Ragazza di Pasta. Já em Cabo Frio o restaurante representante é o Borogodó Nordestino.
