PF realiza operação contra Jair Bolsonaro com autorização do STF

A Polícia Federal deflagrou, na manhã desta sexta-feira (18), uma operação que tem como alvos o ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro (PL) e a sede do Partido Liberal, em Brasília. A ação foi autorizada pelo ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), e inclui o cumprimento de mandados de busca e apreensão, além da aplicação de medidas cautelares.

De acordo com informações, Bolsonaro deverá cumprir recolhimento domiciliar noturno e aos fins de semana, utilizar tornozeleira eletrônica e está proibido de acessar redes sociais. Ele também não poderá manter contato com embaixadores, diplomatas estrangeiros, outros investigados e réus no mesmo processo.

A operação foi autorizada pelo STF após parecer favorável da Procuradoria-Geral da República (PGR), com base em indícios de crimes como coação no curso do processo, obstrução à Justiça e atentado à soberania nacional.
