Porto do Rio de Janeiro terá novo terminal arrendado voltado ao apoio offshore

O Terminal RDJ07, localizado no Porto do Rio de Janeiro, será leiloado nesta quarta-feira (22), às 10h, na B3, em São Paulo. O empreendimento integra o segundo bloco de leilões portuários de 2025, promovido pelo Ministério de Portos e Aeroportos (MPor) e pela Agência Nacional de Transportes Aquaviários (Antaq).

Com 56,8 mil metros quadrados de área total, o RDJ07 será destinado à movimentação de cargas de apoio logístico offshore, especialmente às operações de exploração e produção de petróleo e gás natural. O contrato de arrendamento terá prazo de 25 anos, podendo ser prorrogado, e prevê investimentos estimados em R$ 99,4 milhões ao longo do período.

A licitação adota o modelo de maior valor de outorga, buscando selecionar a proposta mais vantajosa, fortalecer a infraestrutura portuária da região e ampliar a capacidade operacional do Porto do Rio de Janeiro.

A iniciativa marca mais um passo da PortosRio na estratégia de atração de novos investimentos privados e de valorização do potencial logístico dos portos públicos do Rio de Janeiro, consolidando o papel da Autoridade Portuária como vetor do desenvolvimento econômico do estado.
