PRF apreende mais de 4 kg de haxixe em ônibus interestadual na BR-116

Na noite de quarta-feira (27), a Polícia Rodoviária Federal (PRF) prendeu um passageiro e apreendeu mais de quatro quilos de haxixe durante fiscalização na BR-116, na altura do km 233, em Piraí, no Sul do Rio de Janeiro. A ação foi conduzida pelo Grupo de Operações com Cães (GOC).
Por volta das 22h, agentes abordaram um ônibus que fazia a linha São Paulo (SP) x Vitória (ES) em frente à Unidade Operacional da PRF, na Serra das Araras. Com o auxílio dos cães farejadores Cacau, Dom, Venena e Faísca, foi realizada uma vistoria no bagageiro externo do veículo.
Durante a inspeção, os animais indicaram a presença de drogas em uma mala identificada pela empresa de transporte. Após consulta ao motorista, verificou-se que a bagagem pertencia ao passageiro da poltrona 45, um homem de 25 anos.
A mala foi aberta na presença do proprietário, e os agentes encontraram sete tabletes grandes e cinco menores de substância análoga ao haxixe, totalizando 4,56 quilos. Segundo a PRF, o suspeito informou que receberia pagamento pelo transporte da droga até a rodoviária de Vitória (ES).
O caso foi encaminhado à 94ª Delegacia de Polícia Civil, em Piraí, onde o homem permaneceu detido.
