Ressaca atinge o litoral do RJ e provoca interdições em orlas

Uma forte ressaca atinge o litoral do Rio de Janeiro desde a manhã desta terça-feira (29), com ondas que invadem trechos das orlas de Niterói, Maricá e cidades da Região dos Lagos. O alerta da Marinha do Brasil, válido até as 21h da próxima quinta-feira (31), prevê ondas entre 2,5 e 3 metros de altura durante todo o período.

Diante do cenário, a recomendação é que banhistas, pescadores e demais frequentadores evitem a faixa de areia e áreas costeiras, devido ao risco de acidentes. A navegação também deve ser feita com cautela.

Em Maricá, a Defesa Civil interditou preventivamente pontos da orla de Ponta Negra. A medida visa preservar a segurança de moradores e turistas, diante do avanço do mar.
