Rio: Polícia investiga fraudes em planos de saúde de R$ 50 milhões

A Polícia Civil do Rio de Janeiro deflagrou na manhã desta segunda-feira (25) a Operação Bisturi, que investiga um esquema de fraudes em planos de saúde, resultando em prejuízo estimado de R$ 50 milhões às operadoras. Entre as empresas lesadas estão Bradesco, Amil, Golden Cross e Sul-América.

Agentes da Delegacia do Consumidor (Decon) cumprem 15 mandados de busca e apreensão em endereços localizados na Barra da Tijuca, Leblon, Ipanema, Jacarepaguá e Duque de Caxias. Os alvos incluem 11 pessoas, entre advogados e médicos.

As investigações apontam que o grupo criminoso utilizava diversas estratégias para aplicar os golpes. Uma das práticas era ingressar na Justiça com pedidos de liminares para que operadoras liberassem cirurgias superfaturadas — muitas delas sequer realizadas.

Outra tática envolvia solicitações de reembolso por serviços inexistentes e a apresentação de pedidos de procedimentos em nome de médicos já falecidos. O esquema também incluía a venda de órteses, próteses e materiais especiais com preços muito acima dos praticados no mercado.

A ação busca desarticular a quadrilha e reunir provas para responsabilizar os envolvidos por crimes como estelionato, falsidade ideológica e associação criminosa. A investigação segue em andamento.
