Carro cai de viaduto e mata um morador de rua em Campinho

Um veículo caiu de um viaduto, resultando na morte de um homem em situação de rua, ainda não identificado no último domingo (25) no bairro Campinho, Zona Norte do Rio de Janeiro.

De acordo com a Polícia Militar, a área foi prontamente isolada após a chegada dos agentes. Informações preliminares indicam que a motorista do veículo, uma mulher cuja identidade não foi divulgada, teria perdido o controle do carro antes de despencar do viaduto. A condutora sofreu ferimentos e foi socorrida, sendo levada ao Hospital Municipal Salgado Filho, no Méier. O estado de saúde dela ainda não foi divulgado.

Imagens que circulam nas redes sociais mostram o veículo, um Volkswagen Gol, com a parte dianteira completamente destruída. O corpo do homem foi encaminhado ao Instituto Médico Legal (IML) do Centro do Rio para identificação.

A Polícia Civil segue investigando o caso, com diligências em andamento para identificar a vítima e esclarecer as circunstâncias do acidente.
