RJ: Enel monta plano de contingência para cidades da Região Metropolitana

A Enel Distribuição Rio anunciou a ativação de um plano de contingência, intensificando o número de equipes disponíveis para responder a emergências. A iniciativa é uma resposta à aproximação de uma frente fria que deve atingir diversas cidades da Região Metropolitana.

O plano emergencial, que estará em vigor até a próxima segunda-feira (26/08), foi implementado devido à previsão de chuvas e à possibilidade de fortes rajadas de vento, o que pode resultar em interrupções no fornecimento de energia elétrica.

Para agilizar o atendimento em casos de falta de luz, a Enel Rio orienta seus clientes a utilizarem os canais digitais, como o site oficial (www.enel.com.br), o aplicativo Enel (disponível para iOS e Android), ou o WhatsApp Elena: (21) 99601-9608.
