O processo seletivo para preencher duas mil vagas para o Curso de Formação de Soldados (CFSd) da Polícia Militar do Rio de Janeiro será retomado este mês, após a contratação da Fundação Getúlio Vargas para realizar o concurso. A autorização para contratar a FGV foi publicada na edição desta sexta-feira (01/12) do Diário Oficial do Estado do Rio de Janeiro.
Destinado a preencher parte do efetivo da Polícia Militar, o concurso foi suspenso no final de agosto deste ano em função de falha na aplicação da primeira prova escrita objetiva. Em consequência da irregularidade, foi rompido o contrato com o IBADE (Instituto Brasileiro de Apoio de Desenvolvimento Executivo), instituição que venceu a licitação no início do ano, para realizar o concurso.
– Escolhemos a nova empresa que vai realizar o concurso dentro de um processo de total transparência, de forma que o processo seletivo seja retomado e siga os critérios estabelecidos no edital, sem prejuízo para os candidatos. Em breve iremos divulgar as novas datas das etapas, que começarão pela aplicação de uma nova prova objetiva. Com mais 2 mil soldados da Polícia Militar, vamos ter um Rio mais seguro – disse o governador Cláudio Castro.
Durante o período de paralisação do processo seletivo, a Polícia Militar resolveu também uma questão jurídica que surgiu em outubro, quando o Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) determinou a suspensão do concurso por considerar inconstitucional a cláusula do edital que limitava o ingresso de mulheres com uma cota de 10%. Um acordo obtido pela Procuradoria-Geral do Estado (PGE) junto ao STF garantiu a continuidade do concurso, com a eliminação da cláusula. Ficou estabelecido que a classificação passa a obedecer o critério de notas, independentemente do sexo do candidato.
Com todos os impasses superados, a Diretoria de Recrutamento e Seleção de Pessoal (DRSP) da Polícia Militar já iniciou os entendimentos junto à FGV para estabelecer um novo calendário de provas. De acordo com a DRSP, os quase 120 mil candidatos inscritos não serão prejudicados.
