São Gonçalo: Polícia Civil interdita asilo clandestino

A Polícia Civil, por meio da Delegacia Especial de Atendimento à Pessoa da Terceira Idade (DEAPTI), em ação conjunta com o Ministério Público, interditou nesta terça-feira (1º/07) uma Instituição de Longa Permanência para Idosos (ILPI) que operava de forma irregular no bairro Boaçu, em São Gonçalo.

O local, que funcionava em um apartamento na Rua Imboaçu, foi alvo de fiscalização após denúncias recebidas pelos órgãos responsáveis. Durante a vistoria, foi constatada a ausência de autorização legal para o funcionamento da unidade como ILPI.

A responsável pela instituição foi autuada por exercício ilegal da atividade. Segundo a Polícia Civil, foi determinado o prazo de cinco dias para que os idosos abrigados no local sejam realocados de forma adequada.

A operação faz parte de uma série de ações voltadas ao combate de instituições clandestinas de acolhimento de idosos no estado do Rio de Janeiro.
