São Gonçalo: Tiroteio no Jardim Catarina deixa um morto e dois feridos

Na manhã desta terça-feira (4), um tiroteio no bairro Jardim Catarina, em São Gonçalo, resultou em três pessoas baleadas. Entre as vítimas, um morador da região não resistiu aos ferimentos e faleceu.

De acordo com o 7º BPM (São Gonçalo), policiais realizavam um patrulhamento na área quando foram atacados por criminosos armados. Houve confronto, e agentes do 35º BPM (Itaboraí) foram acionados para prestar apoio.

Durante o tiroteio, um suspeito foi atingido na perna e no quadril. Ele foi levado ao Hospital Estadual Alberto Torres (Heat), onde passou por cirurgia e segue internado sob custódia. Um policial militar foi ferido de raspão, recebeu atendimento e já teve alta médica.

Na fuga, um dos criminosos abandonou um fuzil calibre 5,56 com 14 munições, que foram apreendidos pelas autoridades. A ocorrência foi registrada na 74ª DP (Alcântara).

Reginaldo de Menezes, de 52 anos, morador do bairro, foi atingido na Rua Albino Imparato e não resistiu aos ferimentos. O caso segue sob investigação para esclarecer as circunstâncias do ocorrido.
