Idoso morre atropelado na RJ-104, em Tribobó, e moradores cobram passarela

Um idoso de 69 anos, identificado como Juscelino E. da Costa, morreu após ser atropelado na RJ-104, na altura do bairro Tribobó, em São Gonçalo, na manhã desta quarta-feira (17). Segundo informações do Corpo de Bombeiros, a vítima foi atingida por uma motocicleta enquanto tentava atravessar a pista no sentido São Gonçalo.

O condutor da moto, Giovane S. Santos, de 27 anos, sofreu ferimentos moderados e foi socorrido para o Hospital Estadual Alberto Torres, também em São Gonçalo.

O acidente causou retenções no trânsito no sentido Alcântara, mas o fluxo de veículos já começou a ser normalizado após a remoção das vítimas e liberação da via.

Moradores da região voltaram a reivindicar a construção de uma passarela no trecho, alegando que a travessia é perigosa devido ao alto fluxo e à velocidade dos veículos.
